Delete Your Money Coach Data

1. Open Money Coach in the same browser where your information is saved.
2. Open Trust Center.
3. Select Delete my data, review the warning, and confirm.

This deletes browser records and requests deletion of the related server-side Sandbox session. Clearing site data in your browser also removes local records, but using the in-app action first is recommended when a Sandbox bank is connected.

Android

Open Trust Center and use the delete/reset option. You may also use Android Settings → Apps → Reid & Wilson Money Coach → Storage → Clear storage. Uninstalling removes local app records. A normal app update does not erase them.

Help with deletion

If the app or website is unavailable, email carlton@reidandwilson.com with the subject “Money Coach data deletion.” Do not send financial records or credentials. Because Money Coach does not require a named user account, support may need you to use the same device session to verify and complete deletion.
